Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must also have all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened or used products, perishable items, custom-made products, or personal care goods for pets.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
How to Return Your Item
Please contact us via our Contact Us page to initiate the return process. Include your order number, details about the product, and the reason for return in your communication.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including information on shipping methods and return address.
Pack the item securely and include any forms we’ve sent you as part of the return process.
Refunds
